Barrio in Winter

            
To start the three-day weekend off right, C picked me up from work and we motored through the falling snow to Cocina Del Barrio, a new tequila bar in Edina.  We each had a tequila cocktail (mine was a margarita), then split 2 Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Tomato-Mint Pico de Gallo, a Crab and Poblano Enchilada with Salsa Verde and Made to Order Guacamole and Corn Tortilla Chips.  We finished up with the above-pictured Pumpkin Cake and Ice Cream with Pepito Brittle.  As we left, we were already dreaming of returning in the spring to sit by the open windows or outside on the patio.
