Red White and Blue Postage Card

And now, a card I made for Moxie Fab's Card Creations Week Postage Challenge
Starting with actual cancelled stamps that I cut from the envelopes with a postage-stamp-edged scissors, I used them as the petals of a flower with a center cut from designer paper.  The tiny bird carrying an envelope  is cut from another actual stamp.  "Happy Birthday" was printed on velum from my PC.
The sun was formed using a postmark stamp stamped repeatedly in a circle, with the center paper-pieced.
The stem of the flower is just a few more stamps of that same postmark on white paper, cut apart and attached end-to-end.  The floss bow hides the "seam".  The background is a red designer paper over a (guess what?) postcard/postmark designer patterned paper.
